Here is the last of my Noveau border paintings. I thought the idea of making Noveau Aerith was a lot of fun, so I decided to draw a character from an even older Final Fantasy: Terra Branford from Final Fantasy VI (6). There are so many different versions (artwork) of Terra that I decided to go with the Amano versions (since there is more than one). I like Terra with her blonde hair better, actually.

So yes, this drawing is based off a mixture the Amano designs and also 1/5 by me.

The noveau style border looks like it's more of a mixture of pyschedic-noveau or something (because of the bright colours). :-p

Drawing characters from the older FF's is fun & inspiring. It makes me want to draw Rydia (FF4) now. I had so much fun drawing & especially colouring in Terra. Her design rocks. I love the explosion of colours & that she mixes patterns well.

Drawn with black India Ink & coloured in with nothing but watercolours. I Photoshopped in the very light purple background because I wasn't sure what to make the background. It's originally white but I wanted a bit of colour. A good way to test out colour is to play with the Paintbucket in Photoshop, so in case I make a mistake, I can easily undo it. (I originally aimed for blue but it looked really bad for some reason).
